On some days, she's a thoroughly competent judge, not at all above taking part in the bantz and oftentimes doing double-duty as both judge and stenographer. On other days, she's the absolute fucking worst, imposing bizarre rules, baseless penalties, and just being a huge bitch in general. Tends to be biased towards the prosecution, even if the entire prosection bench is dead at the time the verdict is given.
