The Tenth Doctor and Martha Jones visited the Hooverville in Central Park in 1930. They helped investigate the disappearence of many of its residents whilst working for Mr Diagoras. They found that they had been kidnapped and subjected to genetic experiments by the Cult of Skaro turning them into beings known as pig slaves. (TV: Daleks in Manhattan)
