Dinah Drake also known as Black Canary and Currently a Member of Team Arrow and Star City Police Department. She is a Former Undercover Central City Police Department Officer based out of Central City. However during an undercover operation trying to take down local criminal Sean Sonus with her partner Vincent Sobel under the cover identity Tina Boland. However the two got caught and her partner was killed and she was nearly killed as well however she was saved by The Event of The Particle Accelerator which turned her into a Metahuman allowing her to escape. However while she escaped the criminal Sean Sonus was turned into one as well after the event she left The Central City Police Department and moved to Hub City becoming a Vigilante.
