Benny Beaulieu is a mental patient at the Juniper Hill Asylum in the horror novel, It. Coming from a french background, he appears to be suffering from pyromania, having a strong obsession and desire to burn furniture's and other similar objects. He also seems to display certain uncontrollable sexual urges, often forcefully masturbating (until blood ejaculates out of his penis).
