The Special Actions Group was the elite force within the Beowulfan Biological Survey Corps. Colonel Sean Hamilton-Mitsotakis served as its commanding officer in the mid-19th Century PD, and as such, assigned assassination targets and planned the operations to carry them out. (HHA6.3: BATB)
