Donclode Onstruss was an independent HoloNet node operator who was recruited by the Commission for the Protection of the Republic after his transmissions and posting caught the attention of the Twi'lek senator Orn Free Taa. He was relocated to the galactic capital Coruscant after being airlifted from a combat zone on Zequardia. During the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems, Onstruss produced a propaganda poster titled "Evil Has Its Eyes On You," which depicted ghoulish caricatures of Count Dooku and General Grievous; the leaders of the Confederacy.
