The Survival Knife is made available as Mia's melee weapon in the Sea Transport tape. After finishing the tape, the knife can be found on the 2nd floor of the carrier, in front of Mia after climbing out of the elevator. On Madhouse difficulty, the Survival Knife is moved from its original position to being stuck in a table inside the Recreation Room on the first floor (Wrecked Ship 1F). In this location, a Corrosive is required to open the door to the Rec Room and retrieve the knife.
