The EMP Truck provides a high amount of utility to GLA players while being able to be the backbone of any GLA force. The truck's main attack is an EMP shock that can do damage to any ground unit but does bonus damage to enemy vehicles. Additionally, any enemy vehicles damaged by the EMP Truck's main attack will be stunned for a short period of time.
