Onion Armor is the strongest armor and can only be dropped from Red Dragon. It can only be equipped Onion Knights. In the NES version, it provides 48 Defense, 48 Magic Defense, and 48% Evade. In the 3D versions, it provides 60 Defense, 40 Magic Defense, and +5 Strength and Vitality.
