Foxtrot XII was one of a series of the Federation's Foxtrot Outposts in Foxtrot Sector, meant to monitor the border on the Federation-Romulan Neutral Zone. The outpost's weapons were upgraded and personnel removed in 2311 by the USS Agamemnon and the USS Enterprise-B. This outpost was destroyed in the Tomed Incident cataclysm.
