Gary Heil co-founded The GOAT Store with Dan Loosen. He has worked with the developers for each game published through GOAT Store Publishing to ensure quality. He also is co-designing the game R3K, which is a remake of a game he and Dan designed for the Atari Lynx in the 1990's. He co-hosts a yearly classic gaming convention known as the Midwest Gaming Classic, where new Dreamcast games have been revealed each year the convention was held since GOAT Store Publishing was formed.
