The Petpet Protection League, or PPL is an organization set up by Neopets to reward owners who have kept their Petpets the longest on that particular week. It is colour and species specific, and you can win a shiny trophy for your look-up plus 10NP per day you have owned the Petpet. The PPL also states the most popular name for each Petpet.
