The Ticonderoga D Cruiser was the next refit to come off of the drawing boards of ECE for Charles Rigan's reworking of the Loris Empire navy following the success of the Ticonderoga A Cruiser. This ship holds a heavier hull and shielding, coupled with offensive and defensive weaponry. The ship is suited to engaging medium to heavy targets with appropriate support.
