Jean-Baptiste Fabian is a former General Secretary of the Labour Party and Premier and Foreign Minister of Kalistan. Prior to leading the party, he served as the Governer of the district of Neveras, where he is from. Fabian is noted for being the first leader of the Labour Party born outside of Ananto.
