Nord Veterans are troops of the Kingdom of Nords. Veterans are hardy warriors who have seen numerous battles and have slain a good deal of enemies. The Nord Veteran is only one step below the top Nord melee troop, the Nord Huscarl. Veterans have great defensive abilities, though players used to using the more elite Nord Huscarls may feel they are lacking in offensive ability. While they do not have the same powerful weapons as Huscarls, Nord Veterans will always have a shield and can form a much more consistent, if slightly weaker, shield wall.
