[Source] Bimm mustard was a type of mustard that the Besalisk Dexter Jettster enjoyed the taste of and used in Dex's Diner, his restaurant on the planet of Coruscant, before the business was destroyed at some point in the first two years of the Galactic Empire's rule. It would be served upon request alongside any slider on the menu.
