[Source] Repulsorgrips were components used in repulsorcraft vessels, such as Podracers, and were used to allow various repulsorcraft navigate different kinds of terrain. The cheapest, and as a result the weakest, repulsorgrip was the R-20 Repulsorgrip. By comparison, the far more advanced R-300 Repulsorgrip was more expensive and worked far better. Repulsorgrips were often round cylinders.
