The storage facility is located on Alta Street in Strawberry, beneath the Olympic Freeway. It plays no role in the storyline whatsoever but can be accessed. The facility's in-game purpose is to pose as one of many shortcuts for getting across town and hiding places from the LSPD. The halls of the facility are enterable, but the individual storage bins are not. The facility is covered in graffiti and frequented by gangs as a place to hang out and deal drugs. Because of this, it is likely abandoned and closed.
