After the war of Armageddon the government decided that S.H.I.E.L.D. was no longer able to keep up the go work they would do. Soon they focused their attention on H.A.M.M.E.R. where they sponsered Westly Osborn to create a group of Avengers to keep the peace in the world. Soon Westly Osborn gather some of his best scientist to create a suit of armor for him. He soon sent his Hammer forces out and gathered Lady Hydra, Razor, Tarantula and Alphonse. He gathered them together and told them of what was going to happen. He told them that if they joined they will no longer need to hide from the law or even worry about them. And soon over the years they will slowly gain their trust so that when they least expect it they will strike and take the world as their own. Agreing to this they all joined
