Isaak Sirko (also known as Volk, Russian for "The Wolf") was a character on DEXTER. Isaak was the leader of the Koshka Brotherhood, which based their operation in Kiev, Ukraine, where Isaak lived. He was the owner of a chain of gentlemen's clubs known as The Foxhole.
