Polo! is a medal in the single player mode of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. It is awarded when the player jumps into the pool atop the Hotel Shangri-La. It is worth $5,000 which can be spent in the single player store. It is earned only after the player gets the Marco! medal, which is also awarded for jumping into the pool.
