In the City of Uhra. It is said to house the 44 kings that used to rule Uhra for the longest time, the absolute monarchy was abolished and turn into an Republic, but the new government did not use the royal palace as a council hall for the elected representatives, instead they use a bulidings that appear to be near the palace for the elected represenatives. At the end of the game, the Republic was abolished by Tolten and reverted back to an absolute monarchy, where Tolten became the 45th king of Uhra. The currrent king of Uhra is Tolten where he is residing in his father palace, King Zypha.
