The Weather Wand was an advance tech weapon created by Cisco Ramon to help battle The Weather Wizard. It was was first developed by Cisco Ramon when The Flash battled Weather Wizard's Younger Brother Clyde Mardon. The weapons main purpose is to help battle and counter The Metahuman Powers that both Mardon Brothers have.
