Not to be confused with Lady Sun Li. Sun Li (onyomi: Son Rei) is a Wei officer who partook in his kingdom's campaign to conquer Shu. He served under Cao Zhen and Sima Yi. Although he does not personally appear in the title, Japanese fans speculate that he is the namesake for Sun Shangxiang's persona in Kessen II.
