During the Cold War, in the mission known as Operation Silverplate, funding for Eagle's terrorist network, an anti-Sith Empire group, was traced to the planet Alderaan. Agent Cipher Nine was then, sent to identify and eliminate the source. Imperial Diplomatic Service's member Vector Hyllus was chosen to assist the agent so they gathered upon the Agent's arrival to Alderaan.
