Edna Hargreaves was a woman who was a frequent customer in Audrey Roberts' salon until she passed away there while under the hairdryer in March 2011. Her death made Audrey realise that none of her affairs were in order and that she hadn't written a new will for years. The incident also made her sign the salon over to her grandson David Platt. Rival hairdresser Claudia Colby used the incident to put people off going to Audrey's.
