Over Power is a terrifying individual. Determined to prove himself as something other than an 'Optimus Prime Lookalike', no matter what it takes, Over Power has been known to go to some fairly extreme lengths, charging into battle alone or otherwise taking the brunt of the situation for himself. And while he might look like Optimus Prime, those Autobots who attempt to appeal to this are sorely mistaken - his sheer overpowering hatred for the Autobot leader makes him most unfriendly towards their kind. Over Power is determined, cold, and destructive; however, his twisted lasercore seems to still possess some level of honor, or at least something resembling it, and he rarely allows his allies to die...though the Decepticon rationalizes this not as kindness or honor, but as pragmatism - soldi
