Stated to be aired on the unviewable CCC network, Hysterical Home Videos is a reality television program that shows various home movie recordings, parodying the real-life America's Funniest Home Videos, but contains more graphic situations than AFHV, such as "dad slamming his nuts in the car door" or a child playing with a fork in a breaker-box before being electrocuted.
