It is run by a man named GUARD whose identity is revealed to be Lexa, a Cêpan who made it all the way from Lorien in the ship with Crayton, Ella, and her friend Zophie, whose brother piloted the other ship that brought the other nine Loric Garde to Earth. Mark James posing as JOLLYROGER182 helps GUARD run the blog.
