The Hoohooligans are a species/race that live in the Beanbean Kingdom. They appear in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. They live exclusively in Hoohoo Village, down at the base of Hoohoo Mountain. The Hoohooligans are an ancient race, and many of the villager's ancestor's left messages. These appeared as strange markings on the walls around the village and mountain. Also, even though they're not Hoohooligans, the Hammerhead Bros. were seen living among with them.
