Raspin is a bandit lord in the Planasene Pass. While Fort Elim was overrun, a gang of bandits led by thief Raspin took advantage of the chaos and have been causing havoc in the Planasene Foothills. His group of thugs ambushed the Legends Hero's party and was defeated. He is the quest objective of the quest The Rascal Raspin and defeating him can unlock the Ivo Family Crest for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
