A Flibber Flabber Pancake, as the name suggests, is a pancake made out of flibber flabber. It is seen in the episode "The Flibber Flabber Diet", in which Truffles goes on a diet and Mung and Schnitzel have to do the same. Their diet is of Flibber Flabber, and Truffles orders Mung to make different kinds of Flibber Flabber because "she can't eat it."
