RMTM spawns every 1-60 minutes and stays for 15 minutes. When RMTM spawns, a zone-wide announcement appears alerting players to their presence but not their location. This merchant sells an assortment of curiosities. Each time RMTM spawns they will have 1-2 items, 1-2 purple rarity crafting materials, and 8-9 blue rarity crafting materials. Items have a limited stock.
