The Phantom Cabby was a ghost who gave couples wild joyrides and dropped them in bad areas. Janine offered to be bait for the cabby, and went with Egon. After being picked up by the cabby, Janine fell off and chased the carriage to Central Park Zoo where Egon was dropped off in the polar bear pen. After Janine saves Egon, the Phantom Cabby attacked her, but was trapped by the rest of the Ghostbusters.
