Neskaya is oldest city on Darkover that was built by humans. Located near the original landing site in Kilghard hills, its original name was New Skye, time shortened that name to Neskaya. It was also the place of the first and oldest Tower . Neskaya was also several times damaged by flame and wars. During the time of Coryn Leynier the tower was badly damaged.
