Rikou has a tealish hair color and neat hair. He has a white collar-neck suit, which at the collar, which is adorned by fur. All along this uniform, there are star like markings. On his chest reside three intwined, black stars. Along the collar, shoulder, and even waist are a number of metallic silver stars and spikes. He also wears unique eyeglasses that are tinted blue. Along with his suit, he has matching white pants which surprisingly have no stars anywhere on them. The black area's of his cuffs are a titanium alloy metal. Teal wires are connected from his wrists to two of the pouches around his waist, and to top his attire off, he wears black boots.
