Teresa Rothenberg, M.Sc., Ph.D is the former Governor-General of Greater Hulstria and a former Imperial Commissioner of the Eastern Territories. Rothenberg previously served as Chief Minister of Budenlar for more than three years. She began her political career in 2845 when she was elected Mayor of New Liore. She previously was a professor of economics and public policy at the University of New Liore and an urban development consultant to different crownland ministries.
