Newthrone, a large port city on the Whitecliff River, is the capital of Q'barra. Newthrone is the seat of government for Q'barra, New Galifar, and the home to King Sebastes ir'Kesslan. It is a heavily fortified city, since it has been a target of attack from lizardfolk, Lhazaar pirates, and Valenar elves.
