The Flesh Controller was in charge of the Trans-Time base in the Cretaceous Period when it was overun by dinosaurs. He ignored Earl Reagan's warnings to call for reinforcements until it was too late. When the dinosaurs overran the base he went mad, seizing control of the Fleshdozer and trying to kill both Old One Eye and Reagan. Old One Eye chewed through his legs and left him for dead.
