Marvin Monroe is a recurring character from TV Series "The Simpsons". He appeared for the first time in the episode "There's No Disgrace Like Home". He is a local psychiatrist who was for a long time considered to have passed away, until he returned, revealing to have "been very sick." He also appeared in "The Simpsons: Tapped Out". He is voiced by Harry Shearer.
