Turnip Wine is a wine made from fermented turnips rather than grapes. Brother Boniface was known for making this wine. When Brother Benedict claimed to have discovered a giant, talking ferret in the Herbe Garden of the monastery where he lived, the monastery's Friar assumed he had been consuming this wine.
