Harry Gamble (Heinrich Gang in the original Japanese dub) is a rival of Yuhya Marino and the former Euro Cup champion. Gamble used to be a member of the Weiss Ritters team, until he gave up Gear Fighting soon after Yuhya passed away. Harry’s Gear is Blitz Vogel.
