Plastaform was a type of material used by the Romulans in the interior construction of their Birds-of-Prey. In an attempt to deceive the crew of the USS Enterprise in 2266, the commander of the Praetor's flagship jettisoned all debris from his ship, including metal molds, conduit, plastaforms, and the body of a centurion who had died in the attack.
