Their usual tactic is to run up to the player and attack endlessly with whatever melee weapon it has on hand. Typically, they spawn at low levels and in groups with other chess pieces and can easily eliminate ill-prepared players. Otherwise, well-prepared and experienced players may find them more of a nuisance.
