For the garnish, cut the peeled kiwi into half inch round slices. Cover and refrigerate. Cut the other kiwi into small, 1-inch pieces. Place in a blender with the Sugar, orange and lemon juices. Puree until smooth. Transfer to a small pitcher and refrigerate. To serve: Stir in milk to the puree. Pour into cocktail glasses and garnish with a kiwi slice.
