During the E-Park Johnnies heyday, they frequently held out "April Fool's parties". During these, the gang would tally how many of their members were killed on the streets. The gang would then meet some place and each member would pick a domino. If a member picked the right one, that would mean he would be one of the shooters. The selected shooters would then go out to kill random civilians as revenge for their fallen members. At the moment of shooting, the members were expected to yell "Johnny says April Fool's!" at the victim. After the E-Park Johnnies were taken out by Latino gangs, the April Fool's parties stopped.
