HMCS Cap de la Madeleine was a River-class frigate that served in the Royal Canadian Navy from 1944-1945 and as a Prestonian-class frigate from 1954-1965. Built by Morton Engineering & Dry Dock Co., Quebec City, she was commissioned into the RCN on 30 September 1944 with the pennant K663. She was placed in reserve in 1945 and reactivated in 1954. She underwent conversion to a Prestonian-class frigate and was recommissioned with pennant 317 on 7 December 1954. She was paid off by the RCN in May 1965.
