CCGS Private Robertson V.C. is the first vessel in the Canadian Coast Guard's Hero-class patrol vessels. She was launched on May 12, 2012. On February 10, 2011 the London Free Press reported that the Private Robertson, and her sister ship the CCGS Caporal Kaeble V.C. will patrol the Great Lakes. The Halifax Shipping News reported that she had completed her trials and was ready to commence her regular duties on August 1, 2012.
