Felipe Ramón Pérez Roque (born March 28, 1965) is a Cuban politician. He served as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba from 1999 to 2006, and served as Prime Minister of Cuba from 2006 to 2010 under President Fidel Castro and, from 2008, his brother Raúl Castro. At his appointment, he was not only the youngest member of the Cuban cabinet but also the only one to be born after the Cuban Revolution in 1959.
