HMS Falmouth was a 50-gun fourth rate ship of the line of the Royal Navy, built at Woolwich Dockyard to the standard 50-gun ship draught of the 1745 Establishment, and launched on 7 December 1752. Falmouth was abandoned in Batavia, Dutch East Indies (nowadays Indonesia) on 16 January 1765 after suffering serious battle damage near Manila.
